Beef custard roe is about 1200 yen including tax.It was delicious with plenty of beef streaks.As there are few seats, it may be better to go early.

HIDA beef rice bowl with onsen eggs and a tasty side dish when mixed together A mild taste of rice with orange juice and onsen eggs. Combined with Hida beef, goes very well and increases the saltiness with HIDA beef stir-fried in black sauce. VERY GOOD
